The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that since April last year, it is possible to submit documents for the approval of an action plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere during periods of adverse meteorological conditions not only in paper, but also in electronic form. The Ministry coordinates plans during periods of unfavorable meteorological conditions of facilities subject to both regional and federal state environmental control (supervision).
Let us recall that when receiving forecasts of unfavorable meteorological conditions, objects of category I, II, III that have sources of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air are required to carry out measures to reduce emissions agreed with the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Atmospheric Air". The absence of an agreed action plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere during periods of adverse meteorological conditions, as well as the failure to implement measures to reduce emissions in accordance with the agreed plan, is a violation.
