The employees of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan told the Kazan guys what a "BoomBattle" is
Specialists of the Environmental Education Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted environmental lessons in Gymnasium No. 96 and kindergarten No. 326 in Kazan. They told the children about the importance of separate garbage collection and showed a video about how waste is recycled. "The Ministry of Ecology holds a number of contests and campaigns promoting separate garbage collection. It's great that most of the kindergarten students, schoolchildren, students and, in general, residents of our republic are not indifferent to the environment and actively participate in eco-campaigns. We will be glad to see the guys in the ranks of young eco-activists who are ready to help nature at any second!" - said Anastasia Merdyukova, a leading specialist of the Department of Environmental Education and interaction with public organizations of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The eco-meeting was held in order to support the All-Russian campaign to collect waste paper "BoomBattle".
Let us recall that "BoomBattle" is an opportunity to take care of nature by handing over paper for recycling. But, like any battle, it is also a competition for the amount of waste paper collected, where you can compete for the championship in a team or individual competition. The campaign takes place from October 10 to November 15 in support of the national project "Ecology". Tatarstan has entered the top 10 Russian regions. In two months, Tatarstan participants of the All-Russian #BoomBattle campaign collected and recycled 63.4 tons of waste paper.
