Today, the Ministry of Ecology was visited by the assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Maxim Volkov and the head of the project office of the federal project "Improvement of the Volga" Vyacheslav Dunaev
During the working meeting, Deputy Minister of Ecology Egor Tarnavsky told how the data of the Gidrokaskad software complex are used in the work of the department and reported on the progress of work on the development of a digital platform for the ecology and nature management industry. The main objectives of the platform are to improve the state of the environment and provide favorable living conditions for the population, ensure transparency of the Ministry's activities and prompt response.
Let us recall that the platform began to be developed 3 years ago. As the head of the Department of Information Systems and Environmental Education of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Valiullin noted, the geoinformation system "Ecological Map of the Republic of Tatarstan" is already working in the department, where it is possible to see places of unauthorized waste disposal, licensed and agreed sites for the extraction of CUM, sunken ships, the Ministry also works with the system "People's Control" and "School eco-patrol".
The industry's new digital platform is 67% ready. In December, it will be tested, and it is planned to start using it in the first quarter of next year.
