Environmentalists have identified excess pollutants in wastewater discharged into the Uratma river of Nizhnekamsk district

According to the results of the analysis of the reporting of the Nizhnekamsk Zhilcomservice LLC in the discharges from the treatment facilities of this enterprise, the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed excess content of pollutants. Inspectors of the Zakamsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the place of discharge of sewage treatment plants into the Uratma River in the village of Verkhnyaya Uratma, Nizhnekamsk district and took samples of wastewater. According to the results of the analysis, exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations for biochemical oxygen consumption by 62 times, ammonium ion by 86 times, phosphates by 9 times, manganese by 27 times, iron by 2.4 times, petroleum products by 12 times, copper by 3.8 times, nitrites by 4 times were revealed. In relation to LLC Nizhnekamsk Zhilcomservice, the damage caused to the water body will be calculated.
