Lilia Mirsaitova joined the Ministry of Ecology in 2017. Her main task then and today is the daily monitoring of the ecological state of the Tukayevsky district. Landfills, illegal drains, pollution – all this is under her control and the control of colleagues.
"My first education was a medical worker. I have always been in a hurry to help not only patients, but also relatives and acquaintances. Then from the time I decided to change the field of activity. Now I'm treating nature. I am sure this is my vocation," says Lilia Mirsaitova, senior specialist of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2021, Lilia Vasilyevna became the best state inspector of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year, she performed 79 inspections, revealed 76 violations. The quality of the inspector's work is not falling now. The personal portfolio also contains a letter of thanks from the head of the Tukayevsky district.
Successful at work, happy at home. Lilia Mirsaitova knows how to prioritize correctly. Two daughters are growing up in the Mirsaitov family. A common hobby is outdoor recreation. In winter they ski, in spring, summer and autumn they explore forest trails in search of mushrooms or berries. There is also a favorite hobby of our heroine. She bakes delicious cakes. In her spare time, she indulges her family and colleagues with confectionery. The life motto of our inspector is that you can learn everything, the main thing is that there is a desire.
