The organizers are the Regional Youth Public Organization "It will be clean" of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project is implemented using a grant from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs "Rosmolodezh" with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the administration of the Kremlin Embankment in Kazan.
