An abandoned owl in the Aznakaevsky district was released into the forest
We continue to talk about the fate of a small feathered predator. Let us recall, a month and a half ago, the owl was noticed by residents of Aznakaevo. For a couple of days, concerned citizens watched him, and when they realized that the chick's mother would not return, they called the Ministry of Ecology. Our inspectors went to help, the foundling was taken to the veterinary service where he was examined by a doctor. For the time being, the predator was sheltered by the inspector of the Priiksky territorial Administration, Elsa Valieva. The owl was looked after by the whole family and the diet was coordinated with veterinarians. They even gave it a name. The foundling was named Kuzya. As soon as Kuzya got stronger and was able to stand on the wing, the family council decided to release the baby into the usual habitat. Today, the predator was released into the forest in the village of Yana Yul in Aznakaevsky district.
"Of course, we all loved him very much, but this is a wild bird and it should live in nature. Today our Kuzya flew away, we are sure that he will take root in the forest," Inspector Elsa Valieva shared her impressions.
