Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with parents of pupils of the kindergarten "Rosinka" in Almetyevsk. Experts told about modern environmental problems and how important it is to form a responsible attitude of children to nature from an early age. Many families have already switched to an ecological lifestyle. They sort and recycle waste, collect caps and batteries, spend the weekend usefully – they go out on clean-up days and participate in various eco-campaigns. "My husband and son and I have long since started dividing garbage into fractions. Now we have started to teach friends and acquaintances to separate garbage collection," one of the families shares their successes.
"We hold such meetings in order to increase the interest of parents in the environmental education of children and ecology in general. I am very pleased that many parents are concerned about environmental problems, and therefore they instill eco-habits in their children from an early age and try to inspire not only their family, but also their loved ones for eco-life," says Venera Mingaleeva, senior specialist of the 2nd category of the Southeastern TA.
