In an equal struggle, the most active areas in three groups were determined.
In the category – municipal districts with the center – city status, the third place was taken by the Agryzsky district.
The second place in the same category goes to Almetyevsk district.
The first place goes to Kukmor district.
The third place in the category of municipal districts with the center – status: urban-type settlement, district center, village is occupied by Cheremshansky district.
The second place in this category gets Sabinsky district.
The Vysokogorsky district became the best in the group.
In the group of urban districts, the second place was taken by the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The city of Kazan becomes the best in the category of urban districts.
