8.5 thousand kg of batteries were collected by Naberezhnye Chelny schoolchildren and toddlers from kindergartens
The second stage of the republican campaign to collect spent power sources has been completed in Naberezhnye Chelny. The organizer of the campaign is the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In Naberezhnye Chelny, the inspectors of the Prikamsky TA summed up the results. Environmentalists calculated that 54 Naberezhnye Chelny schools, 53 kindergartens and the rehabilitation center for children and adolescents with disabilities "Solnyshko" took part in the second stage. During the second stage, 5233 kg of batteries were collected.
The largest number of schools passed:
- Secondary school No. 41 - 405 kg.,
- Gymnasium No. 26 - 346 kg.,
- Pushkin proflyceum No. 78 - 258 kg
Among kindergartens:
- CEI No.114 "Naberezhnye Chelny mosaic" - 186 kg.,
- CEI No. 51 "Tornakai" - 113 kg.,
- CEI No. 2 "Alsu" - 96 kg
The total weight of the batteries, which were handed over in two stages in Naberezhnye Chelny as part of the republican campaign, amounted to 8509 kg. Awarding of the winners of the competition will be held in June as part of the summing up of the "Eco-Spring 2023"
