Hundreds of Tatarstan citizens today became participants of the "Dictation of Victory" campaign, timed to May 9.
Historical dictation on the events of the Great Patriotic War was written on 216 sites of the Republic. At the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N. E. Bauman First Deputy Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan Ilnur Gubaidullin welcomed the participants of the dictation. He noted that the main purpose of this memorable campaign is to preserve the memory of the exploits of front-line soldiers and home front workers. "Preparing for the "Dictation of Victory" and participating in it helps to learn more about the history of your native country. To know the truth about the Great Patriotic War is our duty to veterans. This is another way of saying, "I remember, I'm proud!"
Let us recall that the "Dictation of Victory" has been held since 2019. Dictation is conducted in a testing format. Within 45 minutes, its participants must complete 25 tasks related to the history and heroes of the Great Patriotic War. The campaign was organized by the "Our Victory" committee of the United Russia party together with the Russian Historical Society, the Russian Military Historical Society and the All-Russian public movement "Victory Volunteers".
