A meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council was held at the Ministry of Ecology
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted an expanded meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Ecology Olga Manidicheva.
The issues of introduction of new technologies in the field of atmospheric air protection of PJSC "Kazanorgsintez" were considered. The representative of the enterprise spoke about the design solution for the modernization of the unit for the recovery of blowing gases produced by low-pressure polyethylene. The introduction of the technology will reduce the amount of hydrocarbon emissions per flare and reduce emissions of combustion products of pollutants into the atmosphere.
As part of the discussion, the members of the Scientific and Technical Council made proposals to expand the introduction of new technologies that contribute to reducing the burden on the environment.
