917 thousand rubles will be paid by the court decision of LLC "Orchid +" for damage caused to soils
During an on-site survey of the territory of the Buinsky district, employees of the State Inspectorate of the Ministry of Ecology revealed unauthorized placement of construction rubble on a plot of land on Obyezdnaya st. A claim for voluntary compensation for damage caused to the soil was sent to LLC "Orchid+", which allowed illegal storage. However, on a voluntary basis, the legal entity did not compensate the damage, in connection with which a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan was filed. The requirements of the Ministry were met in full. The court's decision was upheld even after the Arbitration Court of Appeal in Samara. At the request of the Ministry of Ecology, LLC "Orchid+" (Buinsk) is obliged to pay 917,150 rubles for damage caused to the environment.
