Students of Buinsk handed over 11 kg of batteries

In the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, students of the 5th grade of "Lyceum No. 2" in Buinsk brought used batteries. Together, 11.6 kilograms of spent batteries were collected.

Ecologists held an informative conversation with the children, told them what harm one battery does to the environment, reminded them about the annual republican contest "School Eco-patrol" and explained who young naturalists are and how to join their squad.

The specialists thanked the schoolchildren and presented special coloring books on environmental topics to all participants as a souvenir.
