Eco-talks in the fresh air were conducted by employees of the Ministry

31 January 2023, Tuesday

Specialists of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan held eco-lessons about wintering birds for the children of Lyceum No. 2 of the Chistopol district in the forest.

Lyceum students had the opportunity to see feathered friends in their native habitat and admire bullfinches. "Such lessons help children expand their knowledge about the birds of our region and understand why it is necessary to take care of birds at the most difficult time of the year for them," the staff of the Volga-Kama TA noted. The guys did not come empty-handed, together with environmentalists they hung feeders and fed the birds.

But for the pre-school children of Buinsk, the staff of the Zavolzhsky TA held an eco-talk about trees. In the winter garden, ecologists told the children how oak differs from birch and why lime tea is so delicious.  The kids learned that birch can be distinguished by bark and branches, rowan from viburnum by fruits, spruce from pine by needles.

Following the results of the educational walk, the ecologists of the Ministry presented memorable gifts to all participants.

See how it was in the video from our environmentalists.
