The Ministry of Ecology updates the register of freelance experts

In order to further implement the authority to organize and conduct state environmental expertise at the regional level, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan is updating the basic register of freelance experts to attract when conducting state environmental expertise at the regional level.

An expert of the state environmental expertise may be a specialist who has scientific and (or) practical knowledge on the issue under consideration and is involved in coordination with him to conduct a state environmental expertise in the relevant areas of science, mechanics, technology:

  • environmental protection and environmental safety;
  • environmental impact assessment;
  • protection of atmospheric air;
  • rational use and protection of water bodies;
  • production and consumption waste, secondary raw materials;
  • land use and protection;
  • rational use and protection of mineral resources;
  • specially protected natural territories and objects;
  • protection of green spaces;
  • conservation and protection of forests;
  • protection and use of wildlife.

Specialists who are ready to participate in the work of expert commissions, carry out a comprehensive, objective, complete and comprehensive analysis of materials submitted for state environmental expertise, taking into account the advanced achievements of domestic and foreign science and technology, determine their compliance with regulatory legal acts and regulatory and technical documents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety, it is necessary to send no later than 23.01.2022 to the email address Hindiya.Galieva@tatar.ru information on the attached Questionnaire (the form can be downloaded from the link http://eco.tatarstan.ru/rus/anketa-dlya-zhelayushchih-stat-ekspertom.htm ).
