The absence of an owner of such hydraulic structures does not ensure the safety of their use and may cause an emergency situation.
The prosecutor made a submission to the administration of the Bolshetiganskoye rural settlement.
Due to the fact that the administration did not take effective measures to eliminate violations, the Kazan interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor sent a statement of claim to the court for the acceptance of an unpossessed hydraulic structure into municipal ownership.
During the trial, the administration of the rural settlement voluntarily registered the ownership of the hydraulic structure.
