The Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office has taken legal action in connection with the non-elimination of environmental violations identified by the results of the audit

The Kazan interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection on the discovery of an unauthorized waste dump with an area of 898 sq.m. located on a plot of land in the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan on the coastal strip of the Kuibyshev reservoir.

According to the results of the samples that were selected by the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology, the waste belongs to hazard class 5 (scrap of side stones, paving stones, cobblestones and other waste products made of natural stone).

In connection with the non-elimination of violations of the law on the previously submitted submission of the prosecutor's office to the local self-government body of Kazan, a statement of claim was sent to the court.
