The Deputy Minister of Ecology inspected the mobile ecological laboratory of Kazanorgsintez today
Olga Manidicheva today got acquainted with the new portable environmental laboratory (PEL), which was purchased for air quality control at the Kazanorgsintez enterprise (part of the SIBUR group). This mobile ecological station will allow one to quickly receive data from any point: it will work both on the border of the sanitary protection zone of the enterprise and beyond. The key goal of the work is to obtain the results of industrial and environmental control within 15-20 minutes in automatic mode.
"Of course, the purchase of such new modern equipment is a great help in environmental issues not only for the company itself, but also for the residents of our city. The mobility and efficiency of this laboratory's data will allow the company itself to objectively assess air quality. We welcome such initiatives that make it possible to strengthen air control in the area and develop and implement corrective measures," the Deputy Minister noted.
Let us recall that two such portable complexes of the Ministry of Ecology are operating in Kazan. The portable laboratory center of Kazanorgsintez will become the third PEL in the capital of Tatarstan, which allows conducting on-site tests in an operational mode.
Monitoring data obtained by this portable laboratory will be transmitted to the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan.
