A clean city is everyone's business! Tatarstan residents handed over 60 cubic meters of scrap metal for recycling
Within the framework of the signed Agreement on cooperation in the implementation of environmental programs between the Ministry of Ecology and the Fund for Rational Nature Management, in particular under the program "School of Recycling: Electronics", waste of electronic and electrical equipment was collected in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Yelabuga on December 26 and 27. 17 budgetary institutions and their subordinate organizations handed over 60 cubic meters (about 10 tons) of electrical equipment. All the collected machinery and electrical equipment will be transferred for processing to a specialized ecological combine.
The main goal of this program is to provide an opportunity for residents to transfer their expired equipment for recycling in an environmentally friendly and convenient way. Disposal is carried out at the own facilities of the Fund for Rational Use of Natural Resources for the processing of waste of electronic and electrical equipment, as well as at partner enterprises.
