The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council chaired by the Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov. The participants of the NTS discussed issues of import substitution during the reclamation of MSW landfills, including the possibility of using active degassing technology developed by Kazan specialists. Oskar Davleev, the head of All Roads LLC, presented his developments on import substitution during the reclamation of landfills with an active degassing system. The members of the NTS supported such work and recommended obtaining the conclusion of the state environmental expertise regarding the proposed technology in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 174-FZ of 11/23/1995 "On Environmental Expertise".
