From a vigilant resident of the Arsky district, the Northern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received information about the illegal dumping of liquid waste on the 60 kilometer of the Kazan-Malmyzh highway, near the village of Vasilieva Buzha. Inspectors of the Northern TA promptly went to the address indicated in the message and caught the violator who was dumping animal waste on the soil. It turned out that the driver of KAMAZ, who illegally dumped liquid waste, had already been prosecuted a month ago for the same violation. Back then the guilty party paid the fine in full. This time, the total area of the contaminated site was 130 sq.m. Environmentalists called an employee of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Arsky district to the place of the violation.
An individual who has allowed contamination of the lands of the Arsky district will be charged with damage caused to soils. The preliminary amount of damage is 42,250 rubles. Also, the man will be issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the need to eliminate the violation within 60 days.
