1.5 tons of batteries were collected by students of Nizhnekamsk district

A campaign to collect used batteries was held in the Zakamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Together, 1.5 tons of spent batteries were collected. The most active participants were students of Lyceum No. 35 and "Multidisciplinary Lyceum No. 37", together they handed over 413 kg of used batteries. As part of the campaign, the children learned what harm one battery does to the environment and why it can't just be thrown away.
