Tatarstan is among the top ten leading regions according to the results of the II International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business"
1,852 applications were received from the republic for the competition. In total, more than 45.5 thousand works from 89 regions of Russia and 33 countries of the near and far abroad were submitted to the jury this year.
According to the results of the competition, Tatarstan works are among the leaders. So, in the category "Eco-family", 1st place was taken by Nargiza Shaidullina from Kazan for the video "Being an ecologist is great!". The whole Shaidullin family are active participants in environmental campaigns.
Azaliya Asylgarayeva from the village of Verkhnyaya Maktama of Almetyevsk district took 3rd place in the nomination "Eco-drawing".
People's Choice Award went to Azalea Hannanova from the village of Jalil. The girl in her video told how her family held an campaign "Eco-rafting". It should be noted that the Hannanov family is a regular participant in all clean-ups, campaigns and competitions held by the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Other Tatarstan citizens can also be congratulated on receiving special prizes of the International Prize: Ilya Polyansky (Kazan), Azamat Khannanov (village of Jalil of Sarmanovsky district), Aisyl Valiev (Mamadysh), Layla Shaidullina (village Leshev-Tamak of Sarmanovsky district), Milan Galeev (Kazan), Aliya Shakirov (Chistopol), Tagir Davletov (village Leshev-Tamak of Sarmanovsky district).
Let us recall that the main mission of the project is to raise the level of environmental culture among young people, identify talented children and adolescents, encourage them and conduct environmental education, popularize the topic of ecology and respect for nature.
