A criminal case threatens violators of lands in the Almetyevsk district
Within the framework of environmental monitoring, specialists of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology revealed the fact of unlicensed extraction of common minerals (crushed stone) on a land plot between the localities of Yukale and Naratly of the Almetyevsk district.
On the spot, environmentalists recorded that the violator's vehicle was taking illegally extracted crushed stone to the territory of a private house in the locality Staraya Mikhaylovka and to the proposed construction site of a poultry farm (goose farm) for dumping. According to preliminary estimates, CUM were illegally mined in an area of 80-90 sq.m.
The violator faces criminal liability. Currently, requests have been sent to establish the owners of special equipment, as well as to determine the owners of land plots where mining was carried out. All materials on this fact will be transferred to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on RT for taking response measures.
