Let us recall that the project for the improvement of Noksa is being developed by environmentalists together with scientists in Tatarstan. It is aimed at identifying and evaluating negative factors affecting the river.
In July of this year, specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with scientists from the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a survey of the river in the water protection zone on the territory of Kazan. On a site of 21.4 km, 25 points were examined and 91 facts of negative impact were revealed. These are landfills, tree blockages, restrictions on free access to the coastal strip. The ecological assessment of the state of the river was given at a meeting in the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Tatarstan Branch of the Russian Ecological Society, the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan and other organizations.
