A voluntary clean-up was held on the territory of the memorial complex in honor of the "indestructible" Hero of the Soviet Union Semyon Konovalov
Last weekend, residents of the Yambulatovsky rural settlement, including cultural workers, cleared the territory of the memorial complex. The memorial place is now being prepared for winter, garbage has been removed here and flower beds have been prepared for the winter season. It should be noted that the cleanliness on the territory of the Memorial Park, where, in addition to the obelisk to the Hero of the Soviet Union, the names of all the soldiers who went to the front from these places and gave their lives for our common Victory are immortalized, is monitored by local workers of the House of Culture.
Let us recall that on May 8, an updated memorial complex dedicated to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War was opened in Yambulatovo. The patronage of the memorial site in March last year was taken by employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In a short time, together with the benefactors, they completely renovated the entire Memorial Park, installed a bust of the Hero-countryman Semyon Konovalov, a tank in memory of his feat and granite plaques in memory of all the participants of the war who went to the front from the village of Yambulatovo and the villages of Krestnikovo and Kazylyary.
