We inform you about the innovations in the FSIS OPVC

26 September 2022, Monday

We remind you that since March 1, 2022, new rules for the treatment of waste of hazard classes I and II have come into force. Now all market participants are required to provide information on waste generation to the Federal State Information System for Accounting and Control of Waste Management of hazard classes I and II.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who do not have the capacity to process their own waste of Classes I and II must transfer them to the federal operator under an agreement concluded in the FSIS OPVC.

An electronic sample of a document with stamps of electronic signatures has now become available for viewing by users.

To open a signed document, you need to click on the "PF WITH EP STAMPS" button in the printed form of the document.

Such innovations have been implemented for:

  • contracts with waste producers;
  • applications for export to the contract with waste producers;
  • acts on the provision of services with waste generators;
  • acceptance and transfer certificates with waste generators;
  • acts on the provision of services with transportation operators;
  • acts on the provision of services with processing operators.

In the personal account in the "Contacts" column, the line "Extension number" has been added for the convenience of communication, and in the "User" section there is an opportunity to choose on the basis of which document (charter, power of attorney, or other document) an employee of the organization acts. This is done to reflect up-to-date information about the powers of employees and to concretize the work of users in the system.
