Any fresh greens are a storehouse of vitamins. Do you want to have fresh greens on your table for a whole year?

Grow microgreens on the windowsill.  This will allow you to save on buying your favorite herbs and, most importantly, will save you from having to hand over the packaging for recycling.

You can grow anything at home yourself: salads, radishes, beets, broccoli, vegetables and much more. For some species, you don't even need a primer, you can just use gauze or cotton wool.

The recipe is simple: rinse the seeds, spread the seeds in a small container on moist soil or gauze. Expose to the light and create greenhouse conditions, keep an eye on your "harvest". And after 3-4 days, the seedlings will already be ready on your table. You can add them to salads, soups, sandwiches.
