What is the role of modern man in environmental protection, what does the state do to minimize the impact on nature and how to reduce its ecological footprint – this and not only was discussed by Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Egor Tarnavsky with the guys from the tent camp "In harmony with Nature". He also asked schoolchildren to participate more actively in the "School Eco-patrol" competition, not to throw used batteries into the general garbage and take part in clean-ups.
At the end of the event, the children consolidated their knowledge at a master class on separate waste collection. The guys learned from what material a fleece jacket can be made, what can be made from toothbrushes and how much this or that type of waste decomposes.
The children noted that such events are very useful for them and they are happy to take part in clean-ups, realizing that it is necessary to start with themselves.
