Deputy Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan presented diplomas to graduates of Kazan Petrochemical College named after V. P. Lushnikov
The graduation ceremony was held at the Kazan Petrochemical College named after V. P. Lushnikov. Olga Manidicheva, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, congratulated the students on graduation and wished them success in their future activities.
