Environmentalists conducted an analysis of the quality of atmospheric air in the Almetyevsk district
Residents of Almetyevsk district complained of an unpleasant smell in the village of Minnibaevo station. "The smell is similar to hydrogen sulfide and most often it appears on weekends," residents write in their appeals.
Specialists of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with a mobile environmental laboratory, took atmospheric air samples in the village of Minnibaevo station on a weekend, at two points downwind. Based on the analysis of samples taken on June 26, no exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants were detected.
The head of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan said that this place was taken under special control.
