Today is Children's Day – the most active defenders of nature
The Ministry of Ecology congratulates everyone on this holiday and thanks our most caring environmental defenders for their help – children. The number of participants in environmental and educational campaigns and events is growing every year. The younger generation is not indifferent to environmental issues, and they know what is "good" and what is "bad". Since the beginning of April, almost 2.5 thousand notifications have been received from the children for the School Eco-patrol competition alone, which is 2 times more applications than for the whole of last year. Hundreds of children take part in our voluntary clean ups every year, who come together with their parents to contribute and become a creative part of this world. From an early age, kids understand how important it is to love and protect nature. After all, we are all her children!
