4.5 million rubles – this is the amount of soil damage caused by unidentified persons in Almetyevsk
Inspectors prevented illegal land works on the territory of one of the Almetyevsk plants.
Unidentified persons were extracting an inactive metal pipe, which led to the destruction of a fertile soil layer on an area of 1707 sq.m. Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan drew up a protocol on an administrative offense under Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Land damage. Unauthorized removal or relocation of a fertile layer of soil."
According to ecologists, the soil damage amounted to 4 million 438 thousand rubles. In addition, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Almetyevsk district initiated a criminal case under item "c" of Part 3 of Article 158 "Theft committed on a large scale".
