Environmentalists checked information about foam in a drainage ditch in the Volga district of Kazan

Today, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with laboratory specialists, went to the Privolzhsky district of Kazan following a complaint from residents. The townspeople reported foam in the drainage ditch.

During the ecological survey of the territory, the fact of the presence of foam in the draining ditch was confirmed. The source of the spew has not yet been identified. Wastewater samples were taken from the site for analysis.

A request will be sent to the External Improvement Committee of Kazan about the balance holder of showery and sewer networks.
