Alexander Shadrikov today reported on the interim results of the two-month period. He noted that first of all, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, all municipalities have started cleaning parks, squares and places of mass recreation. More than 96 thousand people and about 2,500 units of special vehicles have already been involved in sanitary cleaning. More than 89 thousand cubic meters of solid household waste were taken to landfills, this is 18,000 KAMAZ trucks.
Despite the fact that spring is late and snow has not yet come down everywhere, the start of cleaning the territories has already been given not only by municipal services, but also actively supported by social movements. Activists of the movement "It will be clean" went out themselves to clean the streets and thereby gave an example to others.
Today - April 23, the republican clean-up was held. The central venue of the event is Krylia Sovetov Park.
Within the framework of the sanitary two-month period, hundreds of Tatarstan citizens, schools, municipalities are actively joining the "Eco-Spring 2022". For many years, Tatarstan residents have been helping to identify unauthorized landfills. In just 22 days of the two-month period, the Ministry received 746 appeals. This is 35-40 requests per day.
A popular platform for filing applications for violations of the law is the People's Control system.
During the two–month period, the supervisory authorities in the republic revealed a total of 1,291 violations (in 2021 - 1,530), 781 of them were eliminated. 664 violators were brought to administrative responsibility.
The main types of violations still remain: unauthorized placement of construction, agricultural and industrial waste, cluttering of adjacent territories, untimely removal of waste from container sites.
Alexander Shadrikov thanked the environmental protection and other agencies for their joint work, which help to identify and eliminate violations.
So, traditionally, the inspectors of the Ministry have begun to survey the roadside lanes of public roads. Detours of these territories are conducted jointly with GBU "Road Safety".
On April 27, 2022, a commission detour is planned together with Russian Railways to survey the sanitary and ecological condition of the railway right-of-way.
Contracting organizations of the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Tatarstan also joined in restoring order. More than 2 thousand cubic meters of solid household waste have already been collected, 428 people and 155 units of special equipment are involved daily.
For the purpose of additional control, an air raid was conducted on the territory of the republic on April 22, the territory of 10 municipal districts was inspected, 192 violations were detected.
At the end of his speech, the Minister noted that the department weekly summarizes and highlights on the Ministry's website the interim results and leaders of the Eco-spring competition. Alexander Shadrikov expressed hope that all municipalities will actively continue to clean up the territories and by May 9 all the main works will be completed.
