The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan informs:

From April 1, the amendments made to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 12/26/2014 N 1509 (ed. of 03/24/2022) "On the rates of payment for the use of water bodies in federal ownership and amendments to Section I of the rates of payment for the use of water bodies in federal ownership" come into force.

The amendments were made by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/24/2022 N 456.

The changes are aimed at reducing the indexation coefficient of the rates of fees for the use of water bodies for 2022 and 2023.

For example: the rate of payment for the withdrawal of water resources from surface water bodies per 1 thousand cubic meters (for the Volga River basin): it will decrease from 900 rubles to 861 rubles in 2022 and from 1035 rubles to 947 rubles in 2023, for drinking and household water supply of the population from 214 rubles to 205 rubles in 2022 and from 246 rubles to 226 rubles in 2023.

The rate of payment for the use of the water area of water bodies for 1 sq. km/year will decrease (for the Volga River basin) from 932,688 thousand rubles to 893,064 thousand rubles in 2022 and from 1072,896 thousand rubles to 981,456 thousand rubles in 2023.
