During the next environmental monitoring in the Kzyl-Yarskoye rural settlement, environmentalists discovered that illegal work was going on in the coastal zone: unidentified persons dug a trench in order to dismantle part of the water intake pipeline of the NGDU "Bavlyneft". Inspectors stopped the violators. And a little later, having found out who owns the equipment, protocols were drawn up against a legal entity on administrative offenses under Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Damage to lands. Unauthorized removal or relocation of a fertile soil layer" and Article 8.42 Part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the special regime for carrying out economic and other activities on the coastal protective strip of a water body, water protection zone of a water body or the regime for carrying out economic and other activities on the territory of the sanitary protection zone of drinking and household water supply sources". The total amount of fines issued amounted to two hundred and thirty-six thousand rubles.
