Illegally constructed artificial reservoir was discovered by environmentalists of the Volga-Kama TA
As part of regular monitoring, inspectors of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry revealed a violation of Article 65 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation in the Rybno-Slobodsky district. In the village of Russian Oshnyak, an artificial pond was found in the coastal protective strip of the Oshnyak River, which was built for fish breeding.
For unauthorized occupation of a water body or use of it in violation of the established conditions , a protocol has been drawn up against an official under art .7.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and according to Part 1 of Article 8.42 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Use of the coastal protective strip of a water body, water protection zone of a water body in violation of the restrictions of economic and other activities".
