Arsk schoolchildren were accepted into the ranks of young environmentalists
50 Arsk schoolchildren made a promise to protect, love and appreciate nature. The solemn dedication of the first-graders of the Arsk primary school No. 3 to the ranks of young ecologists was conducted by specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. For the guests of the holiday, children arranged a concert with songs and dances, and a little later, together with environmentalists, they discussed the problems of environmental conservation, conducted a discussion and asked questions. Especially for the solemn dedication, 4th grade students prepared an ecological fairy tale for first graders-the production "Take care of Nature". At the end of the environmental lesson, schoolchildren were awarded for their active participation in environmental actions and presented with memorable gifts. "We hold such events in order to involve children in active environmental protection activities and to increase the interest of the younger generation in the environment," the specialists of the Northern TA noted.
