Territory on Adela Kutuya Street is put in order

The storage of construction debris on Adel Kutuya Street in Kazan was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration. The environmental violation was detected by the "People's Control" system. The area of unauthorized waste disposal was 83 sq.m., the volume was 30 cubic meters.

In relation to the official, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements during collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste". Currently, the company that placed the waste there has brought the territory into a sanitary and proper condition.
