Petrochemical company fined for failure to provide data

An administrative fine in the amount of 50 thousand rubles was imposed by the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in respect of an enterprise operating in the water area of the Karabash reservoir of Bugulma district. According to the water use agreement, the organization must provide water analysis results every quarter. The company did not fulfill the condition of the contract in the 3rd quarter of this year. 

For the violation, the company was brought to administrative responsibility under art .7.6 of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Unauthorized occupation of a water body or use of it in violation of the established conditions". As of today, the company has paid the fine in full.
