The All-Russian Junior Water Forum starts in Kazan on November 18
The All-Russian Junior Water Forum will be held in Kazan from November 18 to 20. The central venue of the event will be the IT Park. Young specialists, scientists and experts in the water industry of Tatarstan and other regions of Russia, in particular Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Omsk, Pskov, Irkutsk and other regions, will gather here. More than 500 participants from 85 regional sites, as well as leading Russian scientists and experts of the water industry will join the forum participants via videoconference. The event is held by the ANO "Institute for Consulting Environmental Projects" with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia and the Federal Agency for Water Resources. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan is the co-organizer of the project.
The grand opening of the forum will take place on November 19 in the IT Park, beginning at 10:30. The guests of the event will be Roman Minukhin, Director of the Profile Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, Ilya Razbash, Adviser to the Head of Rosvodresurs, and Alexander Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, students who have already received sponsorship and implemented their projects within the framework of the Russian National Junior Water Competition will share their experience with other participants. In addition, participants will be able to ask questions to the main guests of the event. For the first time, an online question-and-answer session with all regions will be held during the forum. One of the issues that will be discussed in Kazan these days is the support and development of youth environmental startups.
The main goal of the project is to involve interested young men and women in solving issues of the development of the water management complex of the Russian Federation, as well as to attract the younger generation to project activities within the framework of the Russian National Junior Water Competition for the implementation of national projects in the field of ecology.
