For violation of the terms of the license, the Almetyevsk company was brought to administrative responsibility

One of the Almetyevsk organizations engaged in the extraction of crushed stone in accordance with the license agreement, according to the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, did not pay the tax on the extraction of minerals. As ecologists of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan explained, according to Article 43 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Subsoil" dated 02/21/1992, subsoil users are obliged to make regular payments for the use of subsoil.

In relation to the official, an administrative protocol has been drawn up under part 2 of art.7.3 The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the conditions provided for by the license for the use of subsoil, and (or) the requirements of a technical project approved in accordance with the established procedure and (or) other project documentation for the performance of works related to the use of subsoil".
