Ecologists of the Zavolzhsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan told about what species of birds live in our region. An event dedicated to the ecological holiday "Tits' Day" was held in the kindergarten "Teremok" in Buinsk. Preschool children were introduced to the history of the holiday, told about the benefits that birds bring to the environment. The kids also learned that birds sing in different voices - ecologists have prepared audio recordings especially for this. During the lesson, the children solved thematic riddles, participated in games and even published a wall newspaper on the topic "How to help birds survive the winter". At the end of such an informative lesson, ecologists, together with children, hung feeders made by the hands of the preschool children themselves and their parents on the territory of the kindergarten.

"Such events help to form children's knowledge about the species diversity and lifestyle of birds. We hope that the children will not forget - it is necessary to take care of the birds, especially in winter, and do not forget to feed our younger brothers," said Leysan Gimatdinova, a specialist of the Zavolzhsky TA.
