Penalty for inefficient operation of sewage treatment plants. 80 thousand rubles will be paid by the management company
The management company servicing houses on the territory of the Maloshilninsky rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district has been fined for violating the rules of operation of sewage treatment plants. The violation was revealed by inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry in the framework of the execution of the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on strengthening control over the discharge of wastewater into water bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan. Specialists of the territorial administration took samples of wastewater before and after treatment. The results of laboratory studies have shown that after filtration and purification of wastewater, there are excesses in a number of chemical compounds.
A protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up in relation to a legal entity under Article 8.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the rules of operation of water management or water protection structures and devices". An administrative fine of 80 thousand rubles was imposed and a recommendation was issued to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the offense.
