Due to adverse weather conditions, the final clean-up day in Kazan this year has been canceled
We express our gratitude to everyone who responded and decided to spend their day off with us, dedicating this day to the republican general cleaning. Those who, despite the late autumn, were ready to come and make their republic cleaner. However, due to the deterioration of weather conditions, the clean-up of coastal areas in Kazan is canceled. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources expresses its gratitude to everyone who took an active part in all clean-up days and events dedicated to sanitary cleaning during this year. From April to October only, more than 276 thousand residents of our republic went out to clean up coastal areas as part of the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia" of the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology". Volunteers, activists and all those who are not indifferent to the environment have cleared over 10 thousand kilometers in total and collected more than 37 thousand cubic meters of garbage.
