The company will pay 390 thousand rubles for a number of environmental violations
Inspectors of the Volga-Kama TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during monitoring of the Alkeevsky district revealed a number of violations of environmental legislation in the village of Sikterme Khuzangaevo. During the survey of the territory, the fact of the discharge of industrial effluents into the Burnayka River was established. In addition, an unauthorized landfill of construction waste was detected here and the fact of incineration of garbage on the territory of the organization without special installations was recorded. In addition, unlicensed mining of common minerals (clay) was discovered.
According to all these facts, protocols were drawn up against an official, as well as a legal entity, under Part 4 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, a fine of 200 thousand rubles was imposed, according to Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the fine amounted to 160 thousand rubles, according to Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the fine was 30 thousand rubles.
