The failure to submit a declaration on environmental impact on time was revealed by inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration at an enterprise engaged in trade and production activities on the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny. In accordance with Article 31.2 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" dated 10.01.2002. No. 7-FL, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs engaged in economic and (or) other activities at Category II facilities, submit a declaration on environmental impact. In this regard, a protocol has been drawn up against the violator under Article 8.5 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Concealment or distortion of environmental information". Also, a submission was issued on the elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense and a resolution on the imposition of an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 20 thousand rubles.
Since the beginning of September, as a result of environmental monitoring of organizations in the Kama region, a total of 18 enterprises have been checked. "During the investigation, the fact of failure to submit a declaration on environmental impact was confirmed by 5 enterprises. This offense entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 500 to 1 thousand rubles, on officials - from 3 to 6 thousand rubles and on legal entities - from 20 to 80 thousand rubles," the specialists of the Prikamsky TA reported.
