An entrepreneur from Leninogorsk paid the damage caused by the dumping of construction debris

Last summer, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of illegal waste dumping in Leninogorsk. The soil contaminated with construction debris was stored on a site owned by an individual entrepreneur.

The violator was presented with a claim in the amount of 112 thousand rubles for damage caused to the environment. Due to the refusal of voluntary compensation, environmentalists filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, which ordered the defendant to compensate for the damage.
